MEET MICHELLE

What I Am All About

Michelle Warner brings a competitive edge to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Most recently, Michelle and her previous team were honored to be recognized in the top category as a Double Black Diamond Team by 5280 Magazine. She could not be more thrilled to bring her skills, background knowledge, and zest for learning to LIV. 

Michelle’s ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is guided by her past experiences as a very successful pharmaceutical rep with El Lilly and CO. where she led her team in sales for 8 consecutive years. Her impressive eye for marketable style provides a quick and successful launch in today's Real Estate market. She appreciates that purchasing a home is one of your biggest investments, and she takes this job of finding your dream home very seriously. 

Michelle’s spare time is spent with her three children, Jackson, Riley, and Gage. She juggles the job as a full-time broker along with volunteering for National Charity League, Boys Team Charity, as well as Cherry Creek High School lacrosse, football, and any other school-related opportunities that she can lend a helping hand. Being a past Pilates studio owner and trainer, she loves to start her day with pilates or yoga. She spent 5 years living on the slopes of Crested Butte so her happy place is climbing mountains on foot or on skis with her family by her side. It was no surprise when Michelle competed in the Grand Traverse, a 40-mile ski race through the Elk Mountain range, from Crested Butte to Aspen. Her love for competition, the Colorado outdoors, and strong partnerships help her excel in all areas of her life. Michelle is married to her West Virginia University sweetheart for 26 years. 

Nothing brings her more joy than being a role model to our children and living proof that you can be a driven goal-oriented woman in the business world while being a very present and dedicated mom and wife.

Bubbly, optimistic, and compassionate, Maddie Johnson brings energy and heart to every aspect of her real estate career. With over 7 years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest—as well as holding leadership roles within brokerages—she’s made a meaningful
 impact through both her real estate sales results and relationships. Maddie has led teams, mentored fellow professionals, and consistently built trust through her deep industry knowledge and authentic approach.

Her passion for guiding others and building genuine connections is at the core of everything she does, and she’s known for delivering a seamless, supportive experience from start to finish.

MEET MADDIE

What I'm All About

Maddie’s competitive drive was honed during her four years as a Division 1 Lacrosse player at the University of Denver. Growing up in Piedmont, California, she witnessed her mother build a thriving real estate career during the recession—an early lesson in resilience, grit, and optimism.

Now, after more than a decade in Colorado, Maddie partners with Michelle Warner to form a dynamic real estate team. Together, they combine their extensive knowledge and shared commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences and results. Maddie’s ability to forge genuine connections, coupled with her thoroughness and transparency, makes her a trusted partner in real estate.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys life in Cherry Hills Village with her husband, Dylan, their golden retriever, Boone, and their beloved farm animals. A true foodie at heart, Maddie loves to cook and is always on the hunt for the next great restaurant to try. Her adventurous spirit takes her to the slopes of Vail, on travels to new destinations, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Together, they combine their extensive knowledge and shared commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences and results. Outside of work, Maddie's adventurous spirit leads her to the slopes of Vail, exploring new destinations, or enjoying her time with family and friends. An avid foodie, she loves cooking and trying new restaurants. Maddie also cherishes time with her husband, Dylan, their golden retriever, Boone, and their farm animals in Cherry Hills Village.

MEET Krista May

Contact Information

A Cherry Hills Village native, Krista has a deep appreciation for the community she has always called home. After graduating from Miami University in 2025, she returned to Colorado and began her post-graduate career in residential mortgages. That experience gave her valuable insight into the financial side of homeownership, but she always knew she wanted to build a career in real estate.

Krista is excited to begin this next chapter with the Michelle & Maddie Team at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. She is eager to learn from an experienced team, connect with clients, and help make the buying and selling process feel organized, personal, and enjoyable. Her genuine interest in people, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for the Denver community allow her to bring a thoughtful and positive approach to every interaction.
Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her friends and family, taking trips to her family’s ranch, and heading to the mountains whenever she gets the chance. Whether she is exploring a new destination or enjoying time at home in Colorado, she values the people, places, and experiences that make a community feel like home.
